Gallady has high expectations of its vendors and the quality of products they offer. Even despite the high expectations and standards placed upon vendors, there are occasions where returns are sought by buyers. The following Gallady Buyer Return Policy (“Return Policy”) is to address various return classifications and establish a policy for buyers to expect as it relates to returns on their items purchased through Gallady.

Important Terms and Expectations for Buyers

• Not all vendors may allow for returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check us return policy before making any return requests.

• All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page. Vendors have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.

• Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.

• Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.

• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

• Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by the vendor. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.

• Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with the vendor to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase.

Return Type Return Policy
No Return This item is non-returnable and nonexchangeable. However, if the item delivered by vendor is either incorrect or damaged, buyers shall notify the vendor within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page. In order to be eligible for a return,all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided
shipping return label.
Returns Accepted If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
Free Return If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a refund request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. The cost of the shipping label to return the eligible item(s) shall be paid by the vendor. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
